- Information you give us: name, phone number, email, ZIP code, date of birth or age range, and answers about the coverage you're interested in (for example household size, vehicles or home type).

- Consent records: we use Jornaya (Verisk) and ActiveProspect TrustedForm to record your visit and the consent you give on our forms, so we and our partners can verify it. These services may record your interaction with the page, including what you type, to create that record.

Calls and texts
